Return & Refund Policy

Perfumes 

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfume products cannot be returned, 
exchanged, or refunded. 

Returns may only be accepted if: 
1. Wrong product is delivered  
2. Product arrives damaged  
3. Product is defective upon arrival  

Accessories 

Accessories may be eligible for return within the return window specified in our 
Return & Refund Policy, provided: 
1. Item remains unused  
2. Original packaging is intact  
3. Product shows no signs of wear  

Approval of returns remains at the sole discretion of House of Ornira. 

Once your request is approved, you’ll receive: 
1. A return shipping label 
2. Simple instructions on how and where to send your item 
Note: Any items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

How to Start a Return 

Returns can be initiated through either of the following: 
1. The Return/Exchange section in the Help area when logged into your House 
of Ornira account 
2. Or by writing to us at hello@houseorornira.com  

Order Cancellation 

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. 
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
