No Monetary Refunds 

House of Ornira does not provide monetary refunds for successfully delivered 
orders. 

Approved claims will be resolved through: 
1. Product replacement (subject to availability), or 
Store credit equal to the value of the purchased item. 

Cancellation Policy 

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. 
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be 
accommodated.
